ADVANCED
Leave copies on server: Check this box ONLY if you plan to check
the same email account from multiple computers. If you do decide
to leave a copy on the server so you can pick the emails up from
another location, be sure to check the box that indicates the
number of days to delete after. This should be the max. length
of time between checking the mail on one PC and checking it on
another PC. But you won't want this to be too long of a period,
or you may risk overfilling the mailbox allotment which will disable
the email account. Depoending on your email volume, 3-5 days is
generally sufficient for most people.
